How long will my carpets take to dry?

How do you remove pet urine odour from carpets?

Are Chem-Dry products safe for my kids and pets?
Chem-Dry’s main cleaner, The Natural®, contains no soaps, detergents or fragrances. If someone at home has allergies or asthma, mention it when you call.
Is Chem-Dry a steam cleaner?
No. Chem-Dry uses carbonation (Hot Carbonating Extraction) to lift dirt from carpets, using up to 80% less water than typical steam cleaning. That means faster drying and no soapy residue left behind to attract dirt.
Will my carpets re-soil quickly after cleaning?
Cleaners that use soaps and detergents can leave a sticky residue that attracts dirt. The Natural® uses carbonation instead, so there is no soapy residue.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Every 3–6 months is common advice, and more often if you have kids, pets or someone with asthma or allergies.
Should I vacuum before you arrive?
No. Our technician vacuums with a commercial HEPA-filtered vacuum as a standard part of the service.
Why do I need protectant on my carpets?
Factory protectant on new carpet wears off over time. Reapplying it helps carpets resist stains and soiling and can extend their life. Ask when you book.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
In most cases furniture dries within a couple of hours, but some fabrics can take overnight.
